23st Annual Kiwanis Intermediate School Swim Meet

At the YMCA in Dunmore, Kiwanian Dave Broderick, presents the 1st place medal to Catherine Simakaski the 2007 winner of the free style race for 3rd graders.

The 21st Annual Kiwanis Intermediate School Swim Meet is scheduled for Monday April 14th at the Greater Scranton YMCA. All children in grades 3, 4 and 5 in the Scranton, Dunmore, Abington Heights and Diocesan School Districts are eligible to compete. Announcements are being sent to all the intermediate schools. Mandatory pre-swim meet indoctrination classes, under the direction of Dave Drouse, swimming director for the Scranton School District, are scheduled at the West Scranton Intermediate School on March 31, April 2, 7, and 9.
